You can return any item to us within 60 days of receiving your original order. Items can be returned only if they are brand new, in the original bag with the hangtag on.

* Defective items can be return after 15 days from receiving day.


We can’t offer exchange on returned items but you can send items back for a full refund and then place a new order for the size, color or item you’d prefer.

You can return goods using any postal service of your choice. Please note, you will need to cover the postage costs yourself. It’s a good idea to mark your parcel as ‘returned goods’ to avoid being charged any duties.

The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives to us - remember to ask for proof of postage (tracking number), so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you will have proof you’ve sent it.

It can usually take up to 21 working days for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse, depending on your location and which postal service you use. Please note, working days do not include weekends and public holidays.


We will notify you via email as soon as we’ve received your return back to our warehouse in its original condition. Once received, we will issue a full refund to you - this is usually done within 1 working day. It can then take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.

RECEIVING YOUR RETURNED ITEMS..

Once your return has been received by our warehouse, we will take care of it within 1 working day, and email you to let you know once your refund has been issued. It can then take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

The time it takes for your parcel to reach us varies depending on where you are returning it from. In the unlikely event that you haven't received an email after a reasonable time, please contact us using one of the contact options we have.

Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned, when this was returned to us and any delivery reference numbers you have.
